Reading the thing, it seems intended seems to rebut a claim - "If Putin really was the leader of the 'Axis of Resistance'" - that, as far as I know, no actual person has ever made once, anywhere. I've asked Lou, and am still waiting to hear, where a curious reader can find the thesis to his anti-thesis.
