Thank you.  My book, The Confiscation of American Prosperity, from Right Wing 
Extremism and Economic Ideology to the Next Great Depression saw it coming, but 
the publisher did not follow through with a promise for extensive promotion 
(none occurred) and then put on a high price and a stupid cover that had 
nothing to do with anything.  One review compared it favorably with Krugman’s 
latest book at the time.

(4/17/15) Krugman column.

It seems that a search of PEN-L archives would put the lie to that.  A number 
on Pen-l saw it coming and so posted to the list.

I am hereby predicting the next crisis. When it comes, I hope you remember the 
incredible foresight and brilliance it took to make this prediction (:-).
