Max said to submit the blog redesign to the pitiless judgement of his readers.
this is still very much in beta phase. We had problems earlier, with the site not displaying correctly in IE. A bug in the way IE renders padding. But, before I go any further, Iwant to be sure it's working in a variety of browswer/platform combos and that the design isn't going to send anyone screaming for respite at some rightwing economist's blog. :)
Anyway, we've removed the offending search box for some tweaking. In the meantime, is the design OK? Max thinks the BG is green and dark??? I thin his monitor needs adjusting :)
