Raghu,
I am not sure the above is entirely correct. You may recall that
Microsoft was sued during the H-1 heydays for gypping contractors.
Inside MS "sources" tell me that their pays (in both technical and
management roles) are a bit below general industry standards. In return
of course they get job security, career advancement, etc., so there are
no big complaints.
