Thanks for your comments, Alejandro. I agree. Clearly, there's a strong plebeyan element in AMLO's campaign and organization. That's why I wrote that I wasn't sure Gilly was fair in his accussation that AMLO's plan is "neoliberalism" with a "human face," exclusive of the self-organization of the working people. He (Gilly) concedes that his political differences with PAN and PRI are much more significant, yet he makes public his "personal" decision not to vote, yet he doesn't call people to abstain, yet... Again, not uniting behind AMLO's candidacy may end up being a very costly (and lasting) mistake for (and by) Mexico's left. Hope I'm wrong. Julio
