up, all ministry posts in the Iraqi government now filled.

Now... the bad news for the U.S. military and the U.S. Army - Lieutenant
Ehren Watada commanding an Army unit from Washington state has refused
to deploy his troops to Iraq because he has done research on the issue
and claims the war is illegal... and he will not obey unlawful orders. A
procedural challenge is planned.

FCC fines for obscenity have been increased from $22,000 - $525,000 dollars

Senator Arlen Specter is pushing for investigation of NSA domestic
spying and has sent a letter to Dick Cheney requesting the Vice
President stop pressuring and lobbying senators on the Judiciary
Committee about the topic.

Senate rejects constitutional amendment to ban gay marriage. Repeal of
estate tax and flag burning amendment coming to vote soon.

...And it's nice to know that our elected representatives are busy
because there are only 44 business days left in this congressional session
