Louis,

Your definition of "state terrorism" means that any U.S. terrorism against
native Americans is still "state terrorism", simply because they are not
in the U.S.?

I can work with that.

But then offer a phrase to describe the possibility of terrorism within
the United States, under the auspices of the U.S. government or fractions
hereof. Or doesn't that ever happen and thus not worthy of a phrase?

.
I can work with that too, and as an aside in regard to Native rights,
and the attempted suppression of those rights, right now, the the
Canadians are attempting to arrest some First Canadians who allegedly
assaulted police officers in a car (...an American ATF vehicle with U.S
agents present) when the police attempted to intervene in a land trust
dispute. You could say the U.S. ATF is a 'state terrorist' entity
working to destroy the Canadian native culture.

As far as phraseology though, it's the 'F' word....

...or, if that makes anyone's knee jerk (or goose step), try the 'D' word.

Despotism... which IS state terrorism turned inward upon one own people.
