CB  you didn't miss it there.  I didn't explain that.

But today in response to Hans Ehrbar's post with the same subject
line I did get into what I think is the solution:  Stop consuming so
much stuff by cutting working hours to effect a massive income
redistribution from the rich downward.  The environmental impact of
an individual is highly correlated with income.
