See Julio's site (http://machete2006.wordpress.com/) for his take on the TRIFE decision, and he may comment further here. I've read elsewhere that if the partial recount shows anomalies, as it should, the electoral court can keep ordering more ballot boxes to be opened before its jurisdiction ends next month. The popular pressure can effectively keep pushing it in that direction.
