Was there a different person also named David S. Landes who was associated with the URPE (I noticed on some issues of the RRPE from the 1970s a David S Landes is listed as editor, and I believe someone of that name is mentioned in Fred Lee's ""To Be a Heterodox Economist" article) or was this the same guy?
