The importance of divisions or unities in the ruling class must be assessed
with respect to the state's impact on the ruled class. Different sectors of
capital may be in serious economic competition in some areas , but if it
doesn't weaken it in relation to the working class in some aspect of the
class struggle, it's not important for this analysis.

So divisions and unities in the ruling class must be looked at in relation
to what the working class is doing in its interests.

A main division in the working class is still that between its sections in
different countries , nations , nationalities and races.
