The word, 'clearly', here is rhetorical. Housing hasn't fallen yet into the abyss. If that had happened the noisy crash would have already set in motion a mass movement. We know what might lurk out there, but we need right now to organize based upon what is happening now. There is no crisis and if a crisis comes along we are currently naked with no ability to respond.

So you know I think the question of uniting people is more important.
