I am like to check on everything I read about.
Running through all the various organizations he
mentioned he struck me straight away that they had all
or many of them had been formed in 1947. starting
in January of that year. Just over one year after the War.
So it must have been planned in advance and my
first port of call was the CFR, who had just what I was looking for.
Put togther by a bunch of Spies all working for
The Rockefeller foundation. I think it kinda fits the bill.
I would imagine that it's the Subversive part of
the Marshall Plan which also evidently came from this study .. Best Ch
