Hi all, I have fleshed out the testing a bit more for perfmon/libpfm testing:
-checks to determine which processor is support
-header file (events.h) with the machine specific events to trigger
(currently only coded for AMD64)
-test to check that multiple sequential runs of event get expected counts
Comments and feedback on this would be appreciated. The attached tar file has
the testing code in it. It is basically run in the same manner as the previous
version.
