Here goes... After recieving more opinions that I can manage to hold in my light weight frame, I am pretty much convinced with this line of thinking:
All new works encorporated into the Perl Documentation Project are required to choose one, or some combination of, the following licenses for their work: OPL, GNU FDL. Your choice of license may be changed for future versions of your work. Your choice of license will determine the ways in which your work may be distributed by the Perl Documentation Project on your behalf. Or something like that.. discuss!
