Hello,
I can not install a module libnet-1.0704. I have leaked(skipped) configuration
libnet.cfg
The file libnet.cfg has the following contents

I install libnet, as you would install any perl module library, by running these
commands:
perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
The test is defaulted
