One thing that would be helpful would be a way to remove "dead" modules from CPANTS. For example, my module X11::Fvwm has been superceded by code that is in the core fvwm distribution (I suspect that it derives from my code, even though I'm not credited). So I haven't updated it in ages, and I even recently removed it from CPAN altogether.
