Sounds good to me, although an email feature will also be nice (though there's always rss2email or a different RSS to email gateway). I should note that like Gabor said I'd like this feature to be opt-in, because I don't want it. I don't care too much about the CPANTS so-called "kwalitee", although sometimes when I'm bored, I raise the kwalitee of some of my modules. Still, I see it as just a silly game, and not really an indication of quality. But Gabor's idea is good.
