Please don't do that. It has nothing to do with quality in any sense, and it would create a lot more work for us PAUSE admins. There are three of us who handle the registrations now although it's mostly me. I don't want to have to see tens of messages every day which I have to respond to and suggest more meaningful names. The effect of this kwalitee metric would be that fewer modules are registered as I or Adam just stop paying attention because it's too much work now.
