Hi all.
I am using the latest active perl on my win2K server, trying to get
Bugzilla up and running. This is the error I keep getting...
Can't locate CGI.pl in @INC (@INC contains: C:/Perl/lib C:/Perl/site/lib
.) at c:\inetpub\wwwroot\bugzilla\createaccount.cgi line 28.
The CGI.pl file is in the same directory as the script that is being
run, but my question is how do I change the @INC var system wide so my
scripts run fine under IIS.
