Thanks Timothy,

I tried the commands but it failed becasue it could not locate a
PPD file for package win32-tieregistry.

I only have access to the internet via a proxy server which is connected
to the internet over a dial-up connection, so I don't think PPM would
be able to locate the module on the internet. Perhaps that's why it failed. 
How can I download additional modules for the version of Perl
that I have?
