Try delete()ing the value. -----Original Message----- From: Tom Bryan To: Perl-win32 Sent: 6/13/02 7:25 AM Subject: TieRegistry
Morning all, We are currently migrating to from NT to Win2k. Everything is going well. We use SAMBA servers, and I run foreach shell scripts to change the LegalNoticeText [Regkey] to provide a MOTD. I use Win32::TieRegistry, but it won't let me set these Regkeys to 'undefined' when I don't want to display a message. Any thoughts on how to read "" or 'undef' into this value? Note: "0" will not work it just displays "0" as the MOTD. -Thanks -- ___________________________________________ Tom Bryan COE, Network Services Auburn University ___________________________________________ _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs _______________________________________________ Perl-Win32-Admin mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] To unsubscribe: http://listserv.ActiveState.com/mailman/mysubs
