Definitely set the account creation web interface to run its processes as
a specific user with VERY specific rights.  Also, do you have a method of
verifying that this person(s) is a valid person to have an account?  I used
ADSI for EVERYTHING and attached to OLE to make all changes.  This allows
me to set many attributes that AdminMisc DOESN'T let you set.  Would be
happy to help if this is the route you would like to go...
