Just add more repositories to your PPM and you'll find the modules.
ppm> search win32-lanman
Searching in Active Repositories
  1. Win32-Lanman [1.0.10] Contains the most important calls from the
MS-Lanma~
ppm> search Win32-netadmin
Searching in Active Repositories
  1. Win32-NetAdmin [0.08] manage network groups and users in perl
