I don't know what right click menu you're talking about.  This is
a shell program that runs in a window and doesn't respond to mouse
clicks - that would be the console window that does that.

cmd.exe didn't come with Win98.  It cam with NT/2000/XP.
There was a version of cmd.exe that was designed for use on 98 and
that is the one I have there.  It used to be available from M$, but
I think they may have dropped it (not sure).
