I have read through the posting archives trying to find a current solution to getting SFTP to work under WinXP with no luck. Old posting suggest using PPM and setting the ppm repository to http://www.soulcage.net/ppds and then installing Net-SSH-W32Perl followed by Net-SFTP. I have done this but there don't appear to be any modules at this repository.
