cant install Tk800.022 on Win2K - Help !

I'm a beginner. I've downloaded Tk800.022 from CPAN,but trying to
install it on my Windows 2000 get several access violations during
   perl makefile.pl

I have ActivePerl 5.6 (VC 6 installed).

Should I edit somehow makefile.pl ?
