I have a cgi script that is part of an NT Admin Web tool I use here in
my job. Part of this script uses Win32::PerfLib in order to determine
how long the system has been up and when the last reboot was. I have
about 15 Web Servers I administer and on all but 2 this works fine. It
fails on:

$perf = Win32::PerfLib new($SystemName);

On one system I had to give the IUSR account the right to 'act as part
of the OS' and also run Win32::AdminMiscLogonUser with an ID that has
Admin rights. This is only a temporary fix. Does anyone know what kind
of rights or perms Win32::PerfLib needs?
