I have what is probably a very easy answer for all you Perl gurus out there.
I have developed a Perl/Oracle solution for a University in my area. It
basically takes input from a form and writes to an Oracle database. I also
have a module for searching the database by certain parameters. System has
been up and running for months now. The problem is a network technician
wanted to clean things up and set up a new website(IIS 4.0 on NT4.0 sp6
platform). He then stopped old website and copied everything to new website
and started that one up. I'm now getting an HTTP Error 405. Method not
allowed. Method specified in the request line is not allowed for the
resource identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper
MIME type set up for the resource you are requesting.

I have checked file permissions and those look the same. Long ago since I
did much with IIS to get it working the first time. Does anybody have any
easy suggestions at where to start looking or even URL to find info on
setting up IIS or dealing with these types of errors? Perl build is
ActivePerl 5.22(shows 5.00503 in directory). Believe this is purely a IIS
settings problem as programs worked before. Any help will be greatly
appreciated.
