I am having an odd permissions problem.

I have a secondary site set up on it's own IP on my server, as far as I can
tell everything's set up right (I even side-by-side matched it with a site
working perfectly). The site works fine using Cold Fusion docs, and regular
html can be read by anyone anywhere. The problem pops up when I try a Perl
script.

When I access a script (and I used the most basic "Hello World" script I
could) it always requires a password, and only accepts administrators. If
you enter a password the script runs perfectly, but I cannot run the script
without it. The site and directory within are set to allow Scripts and
Executables.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
-John
