No. I might be wrong, but I think you can't do that with PerlCtrl.

PerlCtrl creates COM objects, not normal DLLs. Basicaly it allows 
you to prepare a Perl "module", pack it up and use from VB or 
VBScript (or other languages, but those two are the most common).

Well even though you can use a PerlCtrl generated DLL from Perl 
via Win32::OLE it's a silly thing to do. It's better (and much 
quicker!) to make a normal module from the functions and use 
them directly.

PerlCtrl was made to allow you to use the power of Perl from a 
different language.
