No. I might be wrong, but I think you can't do that with PerlCtrl. PerlCtrl creates COM objects, not normal DLLs. Well even though you can use a PerlCtrl generated DLL from Perl via Win32::OLE it's a silly thing to do. It's better (and much quicker!) to make a normal module from the functions and use them directly. PerlCtrl was made to allow you to use the power of Perl from a different language.
