Hi Janda, a second time today

Ok, i understand now more abaut COM ( absolutly newland for me before )
but i seen, PerlCtrl creates ActiveX - Controles ( written in the man )

so if the VBs works! why not the <Object in my browser ? isn't it the same
api ?

sorry if i am stupid, but activeX is written for pluggalbe modules for
Win32, isn't is ? so i've done a activeX Plugin for Cubase, with a PDK of
Steinberg a while ago. How can i make those with perl for my IE ??

No. I might be wrong, but I think you can't do that with PerlCtrl.

PerlCtrl creates COM objects, not normal DLLs. Basicaly it allows
you to prepare a Perl "module", pack it up and use from VB or
VBScript (or other languages, but those two are the most common).

Well even though you can use a PerlCtrl generated DLL from Perl
via Win32::OLE it's a silly thing to do. It's better (and much
quicker!) to make a normal module from the functions and use
them directly.

PerlCtrl was made to allow you to use the power of Perl from a
different language.

There is a reason for living. There must be. I've seen it somewhere.
It's just that in the mess on my table ... and in my brain.
I can't find it.
