Hiya Bill,
   yeah would be nice but unfortunately IIS is the company standard on windows :-/ I 
have used apache on win32 in the past and would prefer to use that but cant...
All the win32 libs are installed by default on the windows boxes so I wanted to try 
and use the standard libs.
