Not yet (5.8.6, BigInt 1.77, FastCalc 0.10).

Maybe the test just gets much slower because it took quite a while at test 
3 in 06_fibs.t for me.

All tests successful, 2 tests skipped.
Files=7, Tests=45, 29 wallclock secs (26.76 cusr +  0.18 csys = 26.94 CPU)

Where does it exactly hang? What does perl -Mbignum=v report on your 
system? Do you have Math::BigInt::GMP or Math::BigInt::Pari installed?
