How do I get a report of the open issues for VMS?
The online version of that report contains this link:

A search for VMS in the subject is showing 7, of which one is stalled.
Two of them are for issues that appear to be fixed in current Perl
versions on VMS.
You probably want to combine the subject search with the os field
search. If they're fixed in current versions, let us know the numbers
and someone will mark them as resolved.
