It is C/C++/Java/C# predjudice that floating point literals should
always have base 10. You could as well use base 16 or any other
base for floating points in ADA, for example 16#FEFE.FF#E-10.
I even suggest to use ADA syntax fo all numbers.  Then intergers
will be able to be transmitted at any base too.
