Nope. It used to be. Now it's an integer dequeue, only I'm afraid that
if I called it that nobody would use it. :-)

It will be going in Real Soon Now. (It's been finished and heavily
tested for quite some time, but I've had to sneak in a bunch of
precursor patches to prepare things for it.)
