U+21DC "Leftwards Squiggle Arrow" and U+21DE "Rightwards Squiggle Arrow" would seem to fit the bill rather well.... maybe the ascii <~ and ~> are merely aliases of the true symbols? -- Richard mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
