   {
      .method sqrt:   #  $?SELF.method( $_.sqrt() )
   }
}
Then usage is:
my $x = "blubb";
$x.foo;  # $x.method( sqrt(1) ) .. $x.method( sqrt(10) )
Iff "blubb" has got a method .method that takes a Num as param ;)
