Finalize Test::Harness::Straps.Make it possible to programatically run tests and to capture output. Eg. Module::Build has need to run tests, displaying output as normal, but to also capture that output (screen output as well as test results) so that it can feedback those results to calling processes.
I guess that would be a low priority item since very very few apps would need that feature...
