This isn't really a problem. Purify does this already. If it is not
allowed to write into the original directory, You give it a cache
directory and it does appropriate magic to map to the original file
and associate the correct user to the cached version.
eg.
<cache_dir>/usr/local/perl/.../Posix.pm.1050:22 # George did this one
And this would be disabled under -T
