If that works better, great. The hack fix apparently didn't, at least according to the tinder builds.
Had a massive think-o about the meaning of --define. The version now in CVS should work. (Tested it on my own box--had to add make, gcc, and perl to Cygwin, but it builds nicely. (I was previously just using Cygwin to get at its X server. (This message is starting to look like Lisp.)))
