As a data point, I just grabbed parrot-0.8.1-tar.gz from CPAN and was able to run Configure.pl with no issues using a recent Strawberry perl. I'm not seeing the case mangled filenames; they match up with what's in the MANIFEST for me. Regards. -- Will "Coke" Coleda
