While "purge" is cute, it certainly is not obvious what it does. Of course neither is "grep" unless you are an aging unix guru... How about something which is at least obvious to someone who knows what grep is, such as "vgrep" or "grep:v"? Or maybe that's not any better than "grep !(...)". ~ John Williams
