Employers who don't cater to their employee needs, will make their employees 
extremely under-productive, unhappy and these employees may eventually quit. 
It will be very costy for them.

If you have any concrete cricism on the points made on the article, rather 
than a vague "You suck" assertion, please voice it here. Otherwise, please 
avoid such mind-reading over-generalising, personal attacks.
