Hi Shlomi,
This is the second time that one of your essays is criticized and you
take it personally. I am entitled to think that the utopian world that
you would like to live in is no more than a concoction of an over
idealized mind. Furthermore, I am entitled to reply to an email in which
you requested criticism with such.

Employers, in my experience, tend to care for their employees for the
exact reasons that you stated that they should, especially in the
high-tech business. If you feel that you have been mistreated I can
conclude one of the following:
1. You work(ed) in (a) lousy company.
2. You expect the far-fetched.

Since, from what I remember, you have worked in more than one company
and I doubt that they all were lousy, under-paying, scum-sucking
opportunists who took you for all you are worth (a lot, in my opinion)
and then left you to hang; I reached the conclusion that was the
foundation of my previous email - you should either learn the reality or
become a different kind of employer.

See:

"If it applies to you, it applies to anybody".

And would you rather that I didn't speak from experience?

Employers who don't cater to their employee needs, will make their
employees
extremely under-productive, unhappy and these employees may eventually
quit.
It will be very costy for them.

If you have any concrete cricism on the points made on the article,
rather
than a vague "You suck" assertion, please voice it here. Otherwise,
please
avoid such mind-reading over-generalising, personal attacks.

Kthx bye,
