Hi,
I'm using MacVim and I highly recommend it.

There's a good perl-support plugin and by some customizations you can easily
get everything up and running (incl. syntax highlighting, auto completion,
CPAN integration, perldoc integration, run-script-from-editor and tons of
other stuff).
