Hi,

I mentioned it to some people at the last meeting and I blogged
about it but I'd like to repeat it here. I just finished my contract
at my current (now previous) client. So in a way I am open to new
contracts though my main focus will be running a new set of trainings
- announcement soon - and to offer mentoring.

I see that in many companies in many cases formal training might
not be a good solution.
It might be better to allow each developer to have a few hours
sitting together, looking at the project they work on and
making improvements. I have done this at earlier clients but it was
usually just part of the things I have been doing. Now I'd like to check
if this can be service in its own.

If this is something that might be interesting to you or to some
of your co-workers, let me know.

regards
   Gabor
