I'll add your vote later today, but I wanted to reply to the favicon. I've added your favicon to the logos page. I also tried to make some reasonably realistic favicons based on the four most popular logos: http://pdl.perl.org/images/pdl-logos.png The problem I see with your favicon is that it doesn't seem related to PDL. So I think I'd prefer a favicon that seems related to the logo. For example, for C2 what I did is remove the "DL" and make the "P" darker so as to improve the contrast. The result is clearly related to C2 and I think it makes a pretty decent favicon.
