A friend had these thoughts on logos and a URL
link with some suggested guidelines:

   2. I like  to understand and associate the logo to the product
      a. can you generate the logo in PDL? If yes, is the code complicated?
   (this is not necessary but I think it cooler)

It would seem that the 3D PDL sphere logo could be generated
by PDL which would be very cool---animated splash screen...
